  • 1 After contacting us, one of our team members will call you within 24 hours to discuss your project and listen to your specific wants. We may ask you to send us photos of your home along with any inspiration photos that you may have collected. This initial call prepares us for a highly productive meeting and discussion during our visit to your home.
  • 2 Your designated team member will personally visit your home within 7 days of the first call for a no obligation consultation. It is important that all decision makers are present during this visit; not doing so can slow down the process. We will walk through your project in great detail to be sure we understand everything that is needed. You will see specific material choices that you can choose from for your project. At this stage, it is very often the case, that your team member will provide you a budgetary estimate for your consideration.
  • 3 If the budgetary estimate meets your approval, we will provide a formal estimate to review with you. This estimate will cover your specific material choices and design parameters of your project.
  • 4 If all is well, we collect a $1,000 deposit to begin designing your new outdoor living project.
  • 5 We then schedule your designated designer to stop by and fly our drone to gather all the critical measurements of your home. This allows us to provide you the most accurate design possible. You will receive an initial design within 7 business days.
